Woodyard Estates HOA does not warrant any representations made by the listed vendors as to the quality, craftsmanship, licensure, bonding, etc of any services or goods.  All contracts shall be negotiated between the homeowner and the respective business vendor at arm’s length and upon the agreed terms.  Each vendor and homeowner expressly assumes the risk of any legal liability which may occur during the contracting process.  Woodyard Estates HOA expressly states that they will not mediate, arbitrate or resolve any disputes, claims or complaints between the homeowner and the vendor.  While Woodyard Estates HOA encourages amicable resolutions, any disputes that cannot be resolved by the homeowner and vendor will be resolved through the appropriate means in accordance with applicable law, as the parties deem fit.

 

Once the homeowner has contacted any of these vendors, you agree to the above stated Terms and Conditions.  If you do not accept the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions you must immediately exit this section.
